Andrea is Managing Director in the Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions team since 2020. As Chief Commercial Officer EMEA, Andrea is responsible for supporting organic growth and advising EMEA and international financial sponsors and corporates on M&A transactions. Prior to joining Aon, Andrea spent 20 years in Investment Banking, having advised financial sponsors and corporates in M&A, Equity & Debt Capital Markets transactions. Andrea worked in EY, Vitale & Co and was one of the Founding Partners of Eidos Partners, an independent Italian investment bank. He previously worked in London and New York in Citigroup, JP Morgan and Accenture. Andrea is Member of the AIFI M&A Committee and holds a degree in Business at LUISS – Guido Carli University in Rome.
