Elenos is the Chief Strategy and M&A Officer at MYTILINEOS. He has been part of the company’s senior leadership team since 2006, with an overall responsibility for development of the company’s strategy, execution of corporate finance transactions, and structuring and implementation of strategic investments. He also chairs M Concessions and sits on the boards of directors of several MYTILINEOS group companies. Before MYTILINEOS, Elenos worked for eleven years in investment banking for HSBC Bank (in London and Athens), Piraeus Prime Bank (JV with Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi), and Arrow Finance (merchant banking boutique), with particular emphasis on corporate & project finance, mergers & acquisitions, privatizations, and capital fund raising.

He holds a BSc in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from Cass Business School. He has two children, Katerina and Amalia.
