I bring three decades of Human Resources expertise, primarily gained in dynamic multinational corporations, where I’ve had the privilege of both experiencing and contributing to the forefront of HR innovation. From 2015 to 2023, I played a key role in Deutsche Telekom’s strategic HR transformation team and prior to that, I served as a Partner at Deloitte, leading Human Capital Consulting Services. In my earlier career, I held senior positions at Kantor Management Consulting and Vodafone, and for a period of time, I founded and managed my own executive search and development firm.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I’ve dedicated myself to environmental conservation as a Board Member of WWF Greece which I still support in matters of strategic HR.

In January 2024 I decided to leave the corporate world behind and pursue a freelance career, establishing Embrace People, an HR Advisory Company, dedicated to assisting organizations in effectively engaging, utilizing, and maximizing the potential of their people.
